![]() ![]() ![]() Whether you count it as 0 points or add up the fruit points, it’s still a super refreshing, relatively low calorie snack or meal option as you strive to make healthier choices! As for me, knowing it’s going to take me a couple of hours to work through 1.25 cups of berries, some ice, almond milk and 1/4 c ff Greek yogurt? It’s a zero for me. So officially per WW, this smoothie (nor any other smoothie) is NOT zero points. That’s why I almost NEVER have a smoothie for breakfast – I don’t have two hours to work on that first meal of the day. It’s almost alarming how long it takes me to drink a smoothie. Me personally? A smoothie like the one pictured above would take me about two hours to drink. My own personal opinion? I do agree that WW is saying many people drink smoothies quickly which can lead you to be hungrier sooner. You can read more about this train of thought here.
